Orders are packed and dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Canada takes 2–7 business days after dispatch; delivery to the United States takes 4–10 business days.
Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $150. Orders below that threshold are quoted at checkout, and duties or taxes on US orders are calculated there as well.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once the carrier scans your parcel.
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Start a return by emailing support with your order number. We will send return instructions and confirm the address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned parcel arriving and being inspected. Final-sale items and worn garments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payment card information is entered on our Wix checkout and is never stored by this site.
We use your email to send order confirmations, shipping updates and — if you opt in — occasional collection announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time from the link in the footer of any message.
We never sell or rent your personal information. Order data is shared only with the carriers and payment providers required to complete your purchase.
By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Product colours are photographed as accurately as possible, though slight variation between screens is unavoidable.
Orders may be cancelled by us if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified; in that case you are refunded in full. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
